A large international law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level patent prosecution associate to join their Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Silicon Valley, CA office. Candidates with a non-life science technical background along with a solid electrical, mechanical, and software patent prosecution experience will be considered. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills. The California bar and Patent bar memberships are strongly preferred. The firm will consider USPTO registered candidates who are committed in obtaining the CA bar. All candidates are required to provide (a) law school transcripts and (b) 1 or 2 good writing samples.
