We are seeking a patent associate with 1-3 years of patent prosecution of experience to join a top Minneapolis law firm. This associate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of patent projects, including patent prosecution, IP litigation, licensing, and opinion work. Dorsey offers opportunities for advancement within a collegial and dynamic environment, competitive salary, and excellent benefits.

Qualified candidates will have:

· Up to three years of patent prosecution experience,

· Top academic credentials, and

· Excellent writing skills.

USPTO admission is preferred. Eligibility to take the USPTO exam is required.
