Client seeking one mid-level and one senior associate with significant patent prosecution experience to join its premier Life Sciences Patent Counseling and Prosecution Group. Qualified candidates must have experience representing pharma and life sciences companies in patent prosecution, reexamination or IPR proceedings, due diligence, and freedom to operate investigations. Advanced degree in Organic Chemistry is required, as is admission to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
