• Operates and maintains all department equipment and reports malfunctions
• Assists Executive Chef and Executive Pastry Chef with kitchen operations
• Purchases appropriate supplies and manage inventories according to budget
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the same industry
• Good leadership and management skills
• Can work in a fast phase working environment
• Working with minimal supervision
