Pasta Ramen is seeking an experienced and highly motivated General Manager to lead operations at one of our most exciting concepts. Pasta Ramen blends culinary creativity with an elevated yet energetic dining experience, where hospitality, precision, and attention to detail define every guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all front of house operations with a focus on elevated service and exceptional guest experiences aligned with our brand expectations.
Partner closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution of aBOH operations, including menu development/training and rollout, labor management, performance management and more.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high performing hospitality team
Maintain strong floor leadership during service and uphold service standards
Manage staffing, scheduling, cost controls, and operational performance
Foster a positive and professional team culture rooted in hospitality and accountability
Work with leadership on meetings, reviews, admin expectations.
Engage, support and contribute with all onsite, offsite events and pop ups.
Work on local community engagement and marketing.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a comparable chef-driven or elevated dining concept
Strong leadership and team development skills
Deep understanding of high touch hospitality and guest engagement
Ability to perform and lead effectively in a fast-paced, service-focused environment
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Schedule & Availability
Full-time position
Evenings, weekends, and holidays required
