Job Description

• Location: Farmington Hills, MI

This position is responsible for all aspects of application development, execution and compliance for application program developments globally (including people, process, and line management).

Responsibilities:
•Technical leadership for global engineering activities. Daily issues to manage the timely and proper resolutions.
•Ensure development processes are followed and compliant
•Lead/support customer meetings to demonstrate schedule, technical design and engineering process compliance, issue resolution.
•Travel to remote customer design center(s)

•Help manufacturing and purchasing resolve technical and/or supplier issues

•Bachelors Degree in Engineering required
•7+ years of combined engineering and management experience.
•Demonstrable experience in working in, and leading team efforts.
