River Valley Powersport is looking for a passionate Powersports Parts & Service Team Member to join our growing dealership team in Rochester, MN. What You’ll Be Doing

Receiving and unloading parts shipments
• Stocking and organizing powersports and marine inventory
• Assisting technicians and service department with parts needs
• Helping customers in-person and over the phone with parts lookup and basic questions
• Processing parts orders, invoices, and payments
• Keeping the parts department clean, organized, and customer-ready
• Supporting Saturday dealership coverage (weekday off provided)
• Working in a fast-paced dealership environment with motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, and boats

What We’re Looking For

Someone passionate about powersports, riding, boating, motorsports, or the outdoor lifestyle
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working hands-on and staying active throughout the day
• Previous parts, inventory, warehouse, dealership, service, or retail experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to lift and move parts, tires, accessories, and shipments
• Basic computer skills
• Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to learn)
• Dependable team player with strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule

Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Weekday off when scheduled Saturday
