This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands the powersports world, takes pride in their work, and enjoys helping customers and technicians get the right parts—fast.

As a Parts & Service Team Member, you’ll play a key role in keeping the department running smoothly by managing inventory, handling parts transactions, and supporting both customers and the service team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that requires a strong customer-facing personality and a genuine interest in the industry.
Powersports enthusiasts, parts specialists, and experienced dealership or shop professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do
• Receive and unload parts shipments
• Stock, organize, and manage inventory
• Process parts orders, transactions, and payments
• Assist customers in-person and over the phone with parts lookup and questions
• Support service technicians with accurate and timely parts
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient
• Support Saturday coverage (weekday off provided)

What We’re Looking For
• Passion for powersports is required (ATVs, motorcycles, side-by-sides, etc.)
• Previous experience in parts, dealership, service, or inventory roles preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Friendly, customer-facing personality (in-person and phone interaction)
• Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory systems
• Forklift experience a plus
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule
• Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM (rotating)
• Weekday off when working Saturday

Compensation
Hourly Pay (Stable income with growth opportunity)
Typical Pay Range: $25–$28/hour depending on experience
• Overtime pay when applicable
