River Valley Power and Sport of Rochester is seeking a full-time Parts & Service Sales Specialist to support both our Powersports and Marine departments. This is a career-focused, salaried position with incentive, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, customer interaction, and outdoor recreation products.
While prior dealership experience is a plus, we will train the right individual who brings strong sales ability, customer service skills, and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, while fitting our culture of selling FUN, outdoor on-road, off-road, and marine products.
This role will spend approximately 50% (or more seasonally) supporting the marine store, with the remaining time assisting powersports parts, and service operations. Saturday coverage is required at times and when worked, a weekday off is provided.

Job Summary
As a Parts & Service Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting customers, technicians, and sales teams across both marine and powersports operations.
Responsibilities include:
Support parts and accessory needs for both powersports and marine service departments
Spend a significant portion of time in the marine store, with increased marine focus during peak seasons
Provide cost estimates to customers, both in person and through internal sales teams
Deliver excellent customer service and communication across all departments
Assist with parts check-in, receiving, stocking, and inventory accuracy
Locate, order, and manage parts using internal computer systems and vendor platforms
Assist with ordering out-of-stock and special-order items
Process invoicing and payments for in-store customers
Support Saturday operations during high-volume seasons
Job Requirements
2–3 years of experience in parts, service, sales, or customer-facing roles preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for powersports and marine products; dealership or related industry experience is a plus
Basic mechanical knowledge or repair experience is a plus
Enjoys sales, accessories, and working directly with customers
Ability to multitask and adapt to seasonal business demands
High School diploma required
Related industries strongly encouraged to apply, including:

Schedule
5-day work week
Dealership hours: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
When scheduled for Saturday, a weekday off is provided
Hours may vary based on business needs and seasonality
Compensation
$50,000 – $75,000 annually, inclusive of base salary and incentive/commission
