Job Summary: This position is responsible for supporting the Service Department with parts quotes for needed repairs, through our proven process and for trailer logistic duties.

Essential Duties:
Organize and maintain a quote system for the service department to include parts pricing and availability for potential repair orders.
Keep accurate records of repair orders and other transactions, while managing paperwork flow and becoming efficient in researching part numbers through catalogs and the internet.
Check the status of repairs, by walking around the shop floor.
Be proficient in using the internet, corresponding to emails, and managing phone calls.
Must have great organizational skills and will require the individual to be a strong self-starter.
Perform and carry out any other duties for the Parts approved and directed by the manager.
Assist the PSL Operations Supervisor with Lease/Rental Coordinator essential duties.
Assist the Trailer Sales Team and Manheim Sales Operations Coordinator with trailer get ready processing.

Education and Experience:
Education – High School diploma or GED; 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training.
Previous semi-trailer experience preferred.
Physical Environments:
Noise levels are moderate to high at times in a shop environment.
The physical exertion may be heavy at times, may require lifting up to 100 lbs.
The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
