We’re currently seeking a Parts Sales Assistant to support our Materials and Customer Service teams by providing accurate parts identification, pricing, order entry, and follow-up. What You’ll Do

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external parts inquiries

Respond to customer phone calls and emails professionally and timely

Research parts using job files, BOMs, ERP systems, and historical records

Prepare accurate parts quotes and communicate lead times

Enter and process parts orders in the ERP system

Provide order status updates, tracking information, and follow-up

Coordinate with Engineering for special requests or modifications

Assist with recommended spare parts lists and preventive support

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with quality standards

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to interpret technical information, drawings, and BOMs

Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to research legacy and current product data

Comfortable working in an office setting with occasional interaction with production or warehouse teams
