We are looking to hire Parts, Inventory and Maintenance Assistant with at least 3-5 years of experience completing tasks such as, handling parts and inventory for our warehouse, vehicles and equipment, submitting reports and record keeping, creating maps, maintaining a filing system, and more. This individual should be organized with good time management skills to balance tasks. As a parts and maintenance assistant, you should possess the ability to provide support with sorting, collecting, storing, and maintaining information. We are looking for a person who is tech savvy and well versed in various systems including Microsoft Office.

Job requirements:
Possess a valid driver's license
Deliver bid requests.
Parts pick up and delivery
Order office and parts supplies.
Maintain internal databases (CRMs, etc.).
Answer phone.
Submit expense reports.
Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners.
Properly maintain and use a variety of tools.
Working in a team environment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
Knowledge with the tree cutting industry is preferred.
