Cumberland Toyota is looking for a Toyota Parts Counter Associate to support our fast growing service and parts operation. If you’re detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced dealership environment, this could be a great fit.

🔧 What You’ll Do

Assist service advisors, technicians, and retail customers with parts inquiries

Accurately identify and recommend genuine Toyota parts and accessories

Process parts orders, invoices, and returns

Maintain organized inventory and accurate bin locations

Communicate part availability, pricing, and ETA clearly and professionally

Support wholesale and internal repair orders as needed

Help maintain a clean, efficient parts department

✅ What We’re Looking For

Automotive parts experience preferred (Toyota or dealership experience a plus)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable using dealership systems (DMS experience is a bonus)

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Customer service experience (retail or automotive)

Valid driver’s license
