As a Parts Consultant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales of machinery parts and accessories. You will be responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, and maintaining our parts inventory. This is a full-time position, offering a stable and rewarding career.
What you’ll be doing
Providing knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers, responding to their parts and accessory inquiries
Processing customer orders, including identifying the correct parts, preparing quotes, and processing payments
Maintaining accurate records of parts inventory, placing orders, and ensuring stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demand
Assisting with the organization and display of parts and accessories in the retail store
Supporting the sales team by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the machinery or automotive parts industry
Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly identify and source the correct parts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and inventory
Proficient in using computer systems and technology
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
An interest in farming, agriculture and the local community.
Current Forklift license – or willingness to obtain if successful
Current WA Driver’s License
Ability to lift and move parts weighing up to 20kg and stand for extended periods
