About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts and Service Support Representative to join our team. This role combines customer service, warehouse operations, and sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in helping customers succeed.

You’ll play a key role in keeping customers operational by accurately fulfilling parts orders, identifying customer needs, and recommending solutions that drive uptime and add value.

What You’ll Do

Respond to dealer and customer inquiries via phone and email

Identify and recommend parts using diagrams and product documentation

Accurately enter and manage orders through our ERP system

Pick, pack, and ship orders with speed and accuracy

Proactively suggest related and preventative maintenance parts

Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and receiving stock

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Promote service programs and solutions to support customers and drive sales
