We’re looking for a motivated, experienced, and customer-focused Parts and Service Manager to take the wheel of our high-performing service department. In this leadership role, you’ll be the driving force behind daily operations—managing technicians, advisors, and workflow while delivering a best-in-class experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

Location: 13300 Desro Dr, Windsor Yamaha ON
Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 per year
What You Will Be Doing:
Greet and assist customers with service and parts needs for marine (boats, outboards), RVs, and motorsports vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles)
Open and manage detailed service work orders with accurate unit information (engine type, VIN/HIN, mileage/hours, etc.)
Explain maintenance requirements, seasonal service (winterization/summer prep), and repair recommendations
Provide clear estimates, timelines, and obtain approvals before work begins
Use parts catalogs and systems to match components (engines, electrical, trailer parts, RV systems, etc.)
Order, receive, stock, and track parts inventory to minimize downtime
Recommend add-ons such as safety gear, performance upgrades, and maintenance kits
Maintain accurate records of service history, parts usage, and customer profiles
Submit and manage Yamaha Warranty claims including documentation and approvals
Process invoices, payments, and close out service tickets accurately
Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and dealership procedures
Other duties as required by management
What You Bring to the Table:
High School Diploma
Marine, Powersports and RV experience is an asset
Minimum 5 years experience in the automotive service industry
Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the automotive industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
Strong computer & leadership skills
Automotive Technician’s License is an asset
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Must be willing to be flexible with work schedule
