We’re looking for a Parts Advisor who’s sharp, organized, and loves helping riders get exactly what they need to stay on the road, trail, or track. What you'll be doing:

Process part orders quickly, courteously, and professionally.

List and price parts on repair orders and counter tickets.

Write purchase orders for parts and update records and customer files.

Maintain warranty and special parts inventory.

Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized by putting away loose stock.

Help maintain parts catalogues, price schedules, and other bulletins.

Liaise with Service Technicians and customers to effectively communicate services.

What we are looking for:

Bring a fervent passion for Harley's and accessories.

Possess comprehensive knowledge and expertise in parts and systems.

Exhibit a customer-centric approach with an outgoing personality, whether in-person or over the phone.

Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all paperwork and reports.

Customer Service Experience

Experience in Supply Chain, Receiving, Purchasing or Office Management would be an asset.

Excel at taking parts & accessory orders from internal, retail, & wholesale customers.

Computer literate.
