Parts Advisor, Saskatoon North Hyundai 

Permanent Full Time (Monday – Saturday Rotation)

We’re looking for a Parts Advisor who thrives on accuracy, teamwork, and helping people get exactly what they need, when they need it. What You’ll Be Doing 

As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our Dealership running smoothly and ensuring our customers leave happy. 

Assist technicians and service advisors in selecting and obtaining required parts 

Support suppliers, customers, and internal team members with parts requests 

Coordinate ordering, delivery, and installation of parts and accessories 

Keep the team informed on availability and pricing of parts 

Manage inventory according to schedule with accuracy and attention to detail 

Ensure all internal requests are properly billed on service repair orders 

What we're looking for:

Parts Technician Certificate and/or experience in a dealership environment (asset, not required) 

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while staying calm under pressure 

Proficiency with computers; CDK experience is an asset 

Excellent communication and a team-first attitude 

Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License upon employment
