If you’ve ever been told you’d crush it in both sales and customer service, then this is your moment. We’re looking for a driven Parts Advisor (a.k.a. Parts Consultant, Parts Associate — you know the deal) to join our winning team at Kia of Saskatoon.

What you’ll be doing:

Assist technicians and service advisors in selecting and obtaining required parts

Assist suppliers, customers, service technicians, and other dealership personnel

Coordinate ordering, delivery, and installation of desired parts and accessories between the Parts, Service, and Sales Departments to meet customer expectations

Manage inventory as per the weekly schedule and keep other staff informed of price and availability of parts

Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order

Working closely with our Wholesale Bodyshop customers to grow the Parts  department

What we're looking for:

Parts Technician Certificate and prior experience (an asset, not a dealbreaker).

PBS/ CDK / Parts Bridge experience is an asset

The ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines with ease.

A valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License (required upon hire).

Strong computer skills and excellent phone etiquette.
