Parts Advisor

The Role:

As a Parts Counterperson at Huntington Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram Hyundai Genesis, you play a crucial role in automotive service by assisting customers and technicians in finding the right parts for vehicle repairs and maintenance. Strong product knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. A Parts Counterperson helps keep the service department running smoothly and supports efficient repairs to maintain customer satisfaction.

Your Impact:

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

Order and handle parts for both the service department technicians and retail counter customers.

Provide accurate information about product availability, pricing, and compatibility.

Process parts orders efficiently and accurately.

Work along with the service department

Return parts to manufacturers and process core returns.

Organize and stock parts orders to maintain an accurate inventory.

Maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock is organized, properly labeled, and easily accessible.

Collaborate with other team members to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.

Handle customer purchases, inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
