Partnerships Team Lead

OBDeleven makes car tech simple and accessible for everyone. For over 10 years, we’ve been crafting powerful diagnostic and customization tools for car enthusiasts globally. Now, we’re looking for a Team Lead to grow and lead our Partnerships function and drive revenue through influencers, affiliates, and new partnership opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a high-impact Partnerships team, setting clear direction, performance standards, and mentoring team members.
• Define and execute the global partnerships strategy across Influencers, Affiliates, and emerging channels.
• Drive measurable revenue growth by establishing and expanding high-impact partnerships across key markets.
• Lead complex negotiations and close multi-market deals with strategic partners.
• Monitor partnerships performance, including revenue, ROI, and efficiency metrics.
• Use data and insights to optimize strategy, prioritize opportunities, and scale what works.
• Identify new growth opportunities across platforms, formats, and innovative partnership models.

What We Expect from You

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, affiliate, or influencer marketing, including team leadership.
• Proven track record of closing strategic deals and driving revenue growth.
• Experience managing or mentoring small high-performing teams.
• Understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience managing influencer or affiliate budgets across multiple markets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of performance-driven creative, particularly within influencer and content-led partnerships.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects from strategy through execution.
• High standards, confident decision-making, and strong judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Gross salary in a range: 4000-5400€ / month (depends on your experience)
