We are hiring a proactive and results-oriented Partnerships Supervisor to lead the acquisition and management of a diverse portfolio of merchants for our closed-loop ecosystem, driving adoption and revenue generation through merchant sales. This role blends business development, portfolio growth, and hands-on execution, with clear monthly acquisition and sales targets. The Partnerships Supervisor will also oversee a team of on-ground sales promoters and manage the execution of promotions and campaigns in collaboration with merchants, ensuring strong, mutually beneficial partnerships that enhance the customer experience and drive consistent merchant engagement.
What you will do:
• Acquire new merchants across targeted categories in line with monthly acquisition targets.
• Build and manage a merchant portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact for partners.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, activation, and ongoing relationship management with merchants.
• Grow transaction volumes and utilization across the assigned merchant portfolio.
• Design and execute promotions, offers, and in-store activations in collaboration with internal teams.
• Identify growth opportunities per merchant and propose tailored commercial initiatives.
• Manage and supervise a team of on-ground sales promoters.
• Ensure promoters are properly trained, deployed, and aligned with merchant activation plans.
• Monitor daily performance, provide coaching, and ensure achievement of sales and onboarding targets.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to execute approved offers and campaigns.
• Ensure proper in-store visibility, promoter readiness, and customer education on Klivvr’s credit limit offering.
• Track campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve results.
To succeed in the role, you’ll need to have::
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development roles in Consumer finance or banking sector.
• Proven track record of merchant acquisition and driving revenue through partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions.
