Job Description
The Partnerships Supervisor – One-Time Ticket Financing is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing high-value merchant partnerships within specific one-time ticket categories such as home finishing, furniture, education, healthcare, and similar large-ticket verticals. This role focuses on strategic merchant acquisition, portfolio performance, and volume growth through structured commercial agreements, tailored offers, and category-specific activations—without managing on-ground promoters.
What you will do:
• Acquire high-value merchants within assigned one-time ticket categories in line with monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify and onboard merchants with large average ticket sizes and strong financing potential.
• Build category expansion plans in coordination with the Partnerships Manager.
• Own and manage a portfolio of one-time ticket merchants as the primary relationship manager.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, activation, and operational readiness for each partner.
• Maintain strong relationships with merchant decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
• Drive financed volume and utilization across the assigned merchant portfolio.
• Design and propose category-specific promos, offers, and commercial structures to stimulate demand.
• Work closely with internal finance and operations teams to ensure offers are viable and executed efficiently.
• Track merchant performance, conversion rates, and utilization trends.
• Identify underperforming merchants and define corrective action plans.
• Optimize portfolio mix to maximize revenue and risk efficiency.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, operations, and marketing teams on contracting, settlement flows, and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and category-specific requirements.
• Support strategic initiatives related to new one-time ticket products or pilots.
To succeed in the role, you’ll need to have::
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development, preferably working with large-ticket categories in consumer finance or banking.
• Proven track record of acquiring high-value merchants and driving revenue through strategic partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset, with experience leveraging data to inform decisions and drive growth.
