Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Partnerships Manager to lead the acquisition and management of high-value merchant partnerships. This role is responsible for expanding our premium merchant portfolio, driving revenue growth, and building long-term partnerships that contribute to the company’s commercial success.
What you will do:
•
Identify, approach, and acquire high-end merchants aligned with the company’s commercial strategy
•
Own and grow a portfolio of key merchant accounts to drive revenue and achieve monthly sales targets
•
Consistently meet merchant acquisition targets and close new partnership agreements
•
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchant partners to maximize portfolio performance
•
Lead commercial negotiations and ensure alignment with approved pricing and business models
•
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and activation of merchants
•
Monitor merchant performance and proactively drive initiatives to improve sales, activation, and overall productivity
•
Maintain a strong acquisition pipeline and provide regular performance and market insights
To succeed in the role, you’ll need to have::
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
•
5+ years of experience in partnerships, key account management, merchant acquisition, or business development
•
Experience in fintech, banking, consumer finance, or payments is preferred
•
Strong track record in merchant acquisition and consistently achieving revenue targets
•
Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on client retention and growth
•
Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
•
Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and thrive in a target-driven environment
•
Results-oriented with the ability to use data to optimize sales performance and conversion
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools
