About The Role

Stasis is looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to own day-to-day execution of our influencer and UGC programs. You’ll be the connective tissue between creators and brand–sourcing talent, managing campaigns from brief to performance support, and building the kind of relationships that turn one-off posts into long-term ambassadorships.

This role is ideal for someone who lives on social, has a sharp eye for authentic creator-brand fit, and thrives on the fast iteration cycles of performance marketing. You’ll report to the Director, Partnerships & GTM and collaborate closely with our creative, marketing, and operations teams.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Support end-to-end management of influencer campaigns: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, content review and performance tracking

• Build and nurture a pipeline of creators across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms

• Manage our UGC program – coordinating briefs, timelines, and asset delivery to fuel paid creative

• Track contracts, payments, and deliverables with obsessive organization

• Analyze campaign performance and surface insights that sharpen targeting and improve ROI

• Scout new talent and partnership opportunities that align with Stasis’ brand and growth goals

• Keep our creator CRM and project management systems current and actionable

We're Excited About Your:

• Experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, UGC marketing, or a related field.

• A genuine feel for social platforms and what makes content perform

• Excellent organizational skills; you can juggle dozens of creators without dropping threads

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can brief a creator clearly and negotiate with professionalism

• Passion for wellness, cognitive performance, or functional nutrition.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Experience with CRM, influencer platforms, project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana) is a plus.

Pay Transparency:

We can’t quantify everything we think you’ll love about working at Thesis, from the exciting projects you’ll work on, to the smart and humble team you’ll get to work with, and our supportive and inclusive culture. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and equity. The base salary hiring range for this position is $60,000-$75,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
