JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Senior commercially driven Partnership & Affiliate Manager to own and scale FXIFY Futures’ global partnerships strategy. The ideal candidate will be coming from the Prop Trading or similar funded trading/ fintech industries with an existing network in the space.
This is a high-impact role responsible for:
Managing and expanding relationships with affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners
Building a structured, high-performing affiliate program
Driving measurable revenue growth through partnerships
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Partnership Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute a global partnerships and affiliate strategy
Identify high-value partners (influencers, trading communities, educators, media platforms)
Launch and scale new acquisition channels
Affiliate Program Ownership
Own the full lifecycle of the affiliate program (recruitment, onboarding, activation, retention)
Optimize commission structures and incentives
Monitor performance metrics (CPA, LTV, ROI) and continuously improve
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with top affiliates and influencers
Act as the primary point of contact for key partners
Negotiate commercial terms and long-term deals
Campaign Execution
Collaborate with marketing to launch campaigns with partners
Coordinate promotions, launches, and co-branded initiatives
Ensure partners are equipped with the right tools and content
Market Intelligence
Stay close to trends in prop trading, retail trading, and affiliate ecosystems
Track competitor strategies (especially within funded trader firms)
Identify new growth opportunities
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
At least 4 years hands-on experience in Partnerships/ Affiliate Management/ Business Development
Experience in the Prop trading, fintech, crypto or Online Trading industry
Proven track record of scaling affiliate or partnership revenue
Strong network and relationships with trading influencers, affiliates, partners or communities
Deep understanding of funded trader model, affiliate-heavy growth strategies and trading audience behavior is highly preferred
Experience managing high-value commercial relationships
Commercially sharp with strong negotiation skills
Data-driven mindset
Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
