JOB PURPOSE

For our Partnerships Team, we are looking for a Partnerships Consultant. Through a smart combination of marketing knowledge and communication skills, you bring our clients to the next strategic level in the field of Partnerships.

As a Partnerships Consultant, you help our clients to increase their online business. You do this by looking strategically at how affiliate marketing and content partnerships with different types of publishers can contribute to the growth plans of our clients. We have a lot of ambition, and in this role you'll get the possibilities and opportunities to contribute to this.

Besides servicing our clients, we can use your expertise on sales and pitches for news business, streamlining internal processes, developing and improving our Partnerships proposition at Dept, creating cases for award shows and buddying with junior consultants to support their growth and reach their goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage clients' program performances;

• Analyze and report on the results of our clients;

• Consulting clients on opportunities and innovation;

• Create new Partnerships strategies for product launches;

• Recruit, activate and optimize publishers for your clients;

• Handle campaign reporting.

WHAT YOU BRING

• At least 2 years work experience with (international) affiliate marketing;

• You score bonus points if you have experience with multiple affiliate networks, and especially Partnerize;

• Experience in deploying the full funnel via different publisher types (experience with collaborating with publishers through direct deal constructions without affiliate tooling is a pre);

• You are analytical, flexible and able to work independently;

• You are a real teamplayer, who also can work well individually;

• Good communication skills and are socially oriented;

• Located and directly available to start working from our offices in Amsterdam or Rotterdam;

• Full working proficiency in the English language both when it comes to speaking and writing (also mastering Dutch is a pre)
