The Worcester Bravehearts are looking for a high-energy, Partnership Sales Manager who loves the hunt, thrives on relationships, and wants to be part of something fun, fast, and competitive. If you get fired up by closing deals, shaking hands, and seeing your partners light up on game night, this role is for you.
Compensation: Base salary + commission + performance bonuses

Hunt down new sponsorship partners and close deals.
Create bold, creative partnerships that stand out in the market.
Turn cold leads into long-term relationships.
Be front and center on game days and in the community.
Work directly with team leadership to drive real revenue growth.
