Your core role is to act as the operational backbone of the partnerships function — tracking deliverables and ensuring that cross-functional teams are aligned with department's objectives and timelines. You will also be the first point of coordination for partners when needed, ensuring communication is clear and processes run smoothly across both new launches and live projects.

Internal Coordination
• Liaise with Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Product for Partnership specific topics
• Track timelines across active workstreams (internally and externally) — from partner launches to ongoing live projects — and flag delays early
• Prepare clear status summaries and progress updates for the Partnerships
Process & Launch Support
• Monitor ongoing live partner activities (campaigns, reporting, tech updates) and surface blockers or gaps that need attention
• Maintain trackers, action logs, and timelines to give the team full visibility of what is in progress and what is pending
Communication & Orchestration
• Serve as the coordination layer between the Partnerships team and internal stakeholders, ensuring the right actions and timelines are communicated.
• Having a complete overview and up to date knowledge of Partner products and offering
• Support partner-facing communication when needed, ensuring a timely and professional response

• Collaborative and team-oriented
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills

• Comfortable liaising with multiple teams and seniority levels
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities without losing attention to detail
• Proactive and self-driven, with a strong follow-through on commitments
