We’re looking for a strategic and commercially driven Partnerships Manager to lead the development of corporate partnerships in Indonesia, expanding our market presence and driving new member acquisition through high impact collaborations.

• Develop and execute a partnership strategy in line with business objectives, KPIs, and growth targets.
• Identify and engage potential partners to build strong relationships and expand our network.
• Create compelling partnership proposals, including financial modelling and business cases.
• Lead negotiations and finalise partnership agreements that deliver mutual value.
• Oversee partner onboarding and coordinate joint go to market initiatives.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure partnerships support wider business goals.
• Maintain and grow partner relationships to drive long-term performance and impact.

• Proven experience in corporate partnerships sales or business development
• Proactive and self-motivated, confident in initiating and prospecting leads to develop new corporate partnership opportunities
• Demonstrated success in negotiating commercial agreements and delivering measurable growth results
• Experience creating business cases, proposals, and financial modelling for partnership opportunities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
