Bringing together Corporate Affairs, Corporate Development, and Corporate Communications, we engage with government bodies, influence industry dialogue, and support commerce-enabling regulation.

About the role:

In this role, you will play a crucial role to bring valuable and long-term partnership for Trendyol customers. You will accelerate our growth journey along with the strategic partnership management. You will be responsible for exploring the partnership areas, boost the partnership pipeline, identifying the opportunities to meet the customer's demand, negotiating and implementing the strategies with the partners while working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results.


Responsibilities:
• Lead partnership initiatives that support Trendyol’s growth across Türkiye and new international markets (Azerbaijan, Gulf, EU).
• Conduct detailed profit/loss and usage analyses of the benefits offered within the Trendyol Plus program to ensure their sustainability and effectiveness.
• Develop commercial models for existing and potential brand partnerships.
• Coordinate closely with UI/UX, customer satisfaction, marketing, and content teams to design user-friendly and engaging processes for benefit usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketplace, Category Management, Finance, Legal) to continuously enhance and optimize benefits within the program.
• Collaborate with internal teams on major corporate and international expansion projects, ensuring strong alignment and communication with external stakeholders.
• Manage sponsorships and co-branding projects (sports, arts, sustainability) that enhance Trendyol’s reputation and social footprint.
• Support investor and government relations efforts to enhance understanding and advocacy of Trendyol’s impact and innovation agenda.
• Create annual/ quarterly tactical & executional reports for CPA teams.


Expected Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in partnership management, stakeholder relations, business development, or public affairs, ideally within technology, e-commerce, or multinational environments
• Skilled in building trust-based, long-term relationships across public and private sectors
• Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, comfortable navigating between boardrooms, ministries, and startup founders
• Exceptional communication skills with strong cross-cultural awareness and business acumen
• Fluent in English and MS Office Programs / G-Suite
