职位概述：我们正在寻找一位充满激情和战略思维的合作伙伴业务拓展经理，以远程方式组建和发展我们的全球合作伙伴网络。您将是建立这一新职能的关键人物，负责从零到一识别、签约、赋能和管理战略渠道合作伙伴（包括人力资源机构、管理咨询公司、会计师事务所、系统集成商、创业孵化器、KOL等）。您的核心使命是通过发展共赢的合作伙伴关系，驱动 Horizons 平台业务的高速增长。

主要职责：

1. 合作伙伴战略与开拓：制定并执行季度/年度合作伙伴拓展计划。主动发掘、评估和签约高质量的潜在合作伙伴，建立初步合作关系。

2. 合作伙伴关系管理与赋能：作为合作伙伴的主要联系人，建立并维护牢固的战略合作关系。对合作伙伴团队进行全面的产品培训、销售培训和竞争定位指导，确保他们能有效推广Horizons解决方案。为合作伙伴提供必要的销售工具、市场材料和联合营销活动支持。定期进行业务回顾，共同制定增长策略，解决合作中的问题。

3. 业务增长与协同：与合作伙伴紧密协作，共同挖掘客户线索，推动销售管道增长，并实现收入目标。协调内部销售和营销团队，确保为合作伙伴及其客户提供无缝的服务体验。

4. 市场洞察与报告：跟踪合作伙伴绩效指标（如线索量、成交率、收入贡献），定期分析报告。收集合作伙伴及终端市场的反馈，为产品、市场和销售策略提供洞察。

任职要求：

1. 必备经验：至少1-3年在B2B SaaS、人力资源科技、专业服务或相关领域的渠道销售/合作伙伴管理经验，有从0到1搭建经验者优先。拥有在跨境/全球化业务领域成功发展和管理合作伙伴网络的记录。 出色的沟通、谈判和人际交往能力，能够与各级别的合作伙伴建立信任。

2. 核心能力：自驱与创业精神：能在远程、快节奏的环境中独立工作，具备出色的自我管理能力和目标导向思维。战略思维与执行力： 既能制定战略计划，又能关注细节，确保高效执行。 协同能力：出色的内部跨团队协作能力，能够有效调动资源支持合作伙伴。 数据驱动：能够运用数据来分析绩效、发现问题并优化策略。
