1. 合作伙伴战略与开拓:制定并执行季度/年度合作伙伴拓展计划。主动发掘、评估和签约高质量的潜在合作伙伴,建立初步合作关系。

2. 合作伙伴关系管理与赋能:作为合作伙伴的主要联系人,建立并维护牢固的战略合作关系。对合作伙伴团队进行全面的产品培训、销售培训和竞争定位指导,确保他们能有效推广Horizons解决方案。为合作伙伴提供必要的销售工具、市场材料和联合营销活动支持。定期进行业务回顾,共同制定增长策略,解决合作中的问题。

3. 业务增长与协同:与合作伙伴紧密协作,共同挖掘客户线索,推动销售管道增长,并实现收入目标。协调内部销售和营销团队,确保为合作伙伴及其客户提供无缝的服务体验。

4. 市场洞察与报告:跟踪合作伙伴绩效指标(如线索量、成交率、收入贡献),定期分析报告。收集合作伙伴及终端市场的反馈,为产品、市场和销售策略提供洞察。

任职要求:

1. 必备经验:至少1-3年在B2B SaaS、人力资源科技、专业服务或相关领域的渠道销售/合作伙伴管理经验,有从0到1搭建经验者优先。拥有在跨境/全球化业务领域成功发展和管理合作伙伴网络的记录。 出色的沟通、谈判和人际交往能力,能够与各级别的合作伙伴建立信任。

2. 核心能力:自驱与创业精神:能在远程、快节奏的环境中独立工作,具备出色的自我管理能力和目标导向思维。战略思维与执行力: 既能制定战略计划,又能关注细节,确保高效执行。 协同能力:出色的内部跨团队协作能力,能够有效调动资源支持合作伙伴。 数据驱动:能够运用数据来分析绩效、发现问题并优化策略。
