What You’ll Do:

 

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Partners Manager – English Speaker. This role is essential in managing and expanding relationships with our key Introducing Broker (IB) partners, while also identifying new opportunities to grow our network. The ideal candidate will excel at building trust, delivering outstanding service, and fostering long-term partnerships that contribute to sustainable business growth.

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

Client Relationship Management & Service Excellence

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing Introducing Broker (IB) partners.

Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring consistent and high-quality communication across all channels.

Respond promptly and professionally to partner inquiries, resolving issues efficiently.

Leverage in-depth knowledge of our platform to provide tailored solutions and support.

Identify partner challenges and relay feedback to senior management for continuous improvement.

 

Client Acquisition & Network Expansion

Proactively identify and engage with potential IB partners and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to grow our network.

Conduct outreach through calls, meetings, and events to build rapport and communicate our value proposition.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a consultative approach to partner engagement.

 

Strategic Development & Reporting

Drive strategic initiatives to strengthen partnerships and achieve regional growth targets.

Provide regular updates to senior management on partner performance, market trends, and areas for improvement.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Industry Experience: A Minimum of 3 years in the Fintech industry is a must.

Language Proficiency: Business-Professional level in English is essential.

Experience in customer-facing roles such as client service, sales, or consulting is highly valued.

Strong desire to deepen knowledge of financial markets and develop professionally within the Fintech industry.

Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented individual.

Sales acumen is a plus and will be considered an advantage
