Be a technical escalation point for partners and internal teams
Help partners resolve technical issues within their payments integrations
Work with partners on the rollout of new solutions, with a focus of the technical implementation
Work with both internal and external stakeholders and teams to drive operational improvements between both companies
Help maintain knowledge-bases for the Partner Technology Team
Help to close feedback loops from our partners and customers to internal teams
Discover process inefficiencies and work proactively to streamline them
Work cross-functionally to drive and deliver issue resolution for partners
Assist partners in setting up enterprise customers
Have pre-sales meeting with the partners to explain them our product.
What you will bring...
Customer and / or partner facing experience in a technical environment
A basic understanding of APIs and software integrations
A clear history of complex issue resolution
Ability to work effectively cross-functionally, both internally and externally
A logical and organised approach to problem-solving
Strong communication skills for simplifying complex ideas for the partners.
Commercial oriented and technical pre-sales cycle management
Concise data and information gathering, to provide necessary context to partners, customers or internal teams
