Join the Wix Partner Success Managers EMEA/APAC team and play a pivotal role in making Wix the go-to choice for agencies building client websites. The position is based in Israel. In your day-to-day, you will: 

• Build and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with existing and newly onboarded partner agencies across EMEA/APAC

• Identify and execute opportunities to help partners grow their business using Wix’s products and solutions.

• Advocate internally for partners by deeply understanding their challenges and product gaps, and turning these into clear insights that contribute to the product roadmap

• Provide high-level product guidance and create opportunities for advanced technical training through workshops, webinars, and 1:1 sessions 

• Own partner retention for your EMEA/APAC portfolio, proactively identifying risks and unlocking growth opportunities

• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or partnerships, preferably in B2B SaaS

• You have full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• You are a natural relationship builder, comfortable working with strategic stakeholders and senior decision-makers

• You can prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• You have experience working with digital or creative agencies or service providers – an advantage

• As well as a requirement for Hebrew and English, fluency in another European language at native or near-native level, such as German or French -  is an advantage but not necessary
