Role Overview: Indirect Team Representatives focus on supporting partners at a national level, ensuring effective onboarding, verification, and activation of new merchants.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist partners in onboarding, verifying, and activating new merchants;
Identify and engage new prospective partners to promote company’s collaboration framework;
Escalate partner requests by opening cases for issues beyond their resolution capacity;
Serve as the first point of contact for partners;
Drive production and growth within the Indirect Team;
Interest in AI-powered tools and openness to working in AI-enhanced environments.
