POSITION SUMMARY
External representative of MOST/DFW and therapy department to prospective and current partnering centers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Maintains relationships with assigned partners, providing support, marketing materials appreciation gifts, and maintaining a continual dialogue about new clients and maintaining caseloads where applicable.
External representative of MOST and therapy department to prospective clients/families, current clients/families, and treatment partners including ABA, home health care, etc.
Connects with partners regarding upcoming events, personnel changes, and potential incoming clients to assess hiring needs. Tracks and records partner relations visits through Kintone and reports needs to Department Head.
Reports to Administration team bi-monthly with general updates and territory status including, but not limited to partner expansions, new partnering centers, upcoming events, personnel changes, and potential hiring needs.
Maintains awareness of advances in therapy techniques and guidelines according to ASHA/NBCOT, State requirements, computerized diagnostic and treatment equipment, data processing technology, employee management, and other related fields.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Degree in speech-language pathology, occupational or physical therapy
License to practice in the State of Texas
1 or more years of experience as a treating therapist
CPR and First Aid Required
