Youlend is looking for a driven and collaborative Marketing Executive to help scale our partner marketing function. In this role you’ll take ownership of marketing activity across a portfolio of partners and play a key role in delivering measurable results through multi-channel campaigns.

You will be responsible for optimising key marketing performance metrics, including campaign launch velocity, open and click-through rates, conversion rates, and partner campaign ROI. You’ll track and report on campaign performance across email, direct marketing, and in-app channels, using insights to drive improvements in content engagement and overall marketing impact across our partner portfolio.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and skilled at writing clear, compelling marketing copy. You are highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively. Building and managing relationships with internal stakeholders will be essential, as this role requires close cross-functional collaboration.

The Role

YouLend is looking for a driven, collaborative Partner Marketing Executive to support the rapid growth of our US partners. In this role, you will take ownership of marketing activity across a portfolio of US partners, helping to plan, execute, and optimise high-performing partner campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.

You’ll play a key role in launching and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, in-app messaging, direct mail, and digital channels. You will be responsible for improving key performance metrics.

A core part of this role will be building strong, long-term relationships with our partners. You will work closely with partners to understand their objectives, identify growth opportunities, and deliver tailored marketing activity that supports shared success.

Responsibilities:

US Partner collaboration & campaign ownership

• Own marketing initiatives for a defined portfolio of US-based YouLend partners, including planning, content, and performance tracking.
• Build and manage partner campaign calendars, marketing plans, and timelines in collaboration partner stakeholders.
• Ensure campaigns are aligned with partner goals, commercial priorities, and market timing.

Campaign planning, execution & optimization

• Launch and manage multichannel campaigns (email, in-app, direct mail, digital) to improve awareness, engagement, and response rates.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Content creation & copywriting

• Draft clear, engaging copy for email, direct mail campaigns, banners, and partner branded collateral.
• Tailor content to partner tone of voice, target audiences, and channel-specific best practices.

• Maintain and organize a central library of partner marketing content and ensure materials are up to date and easy to access.
• Use tools such as Figma (or work closely with Design) to deliver partner-ready marketing assets.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management

• Serve as a key marketing point of contact for internal teams including Partnerships, Sales, and Product.
• Translate business priorities into clear campaign plans and marketing deliverables.
• Manage competing requests effectively and prioritise based on impact, partner needs, and commercial goals.

The ideal candidate will have the following skillset:

• 3+ years in a marketing/account management/partnerships role, ideally within B2B or fintech.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills, with an ability to write persuasive and customer-focused marketing content.
• Experience developing marketing assets across multiple formats (email, banners, one-pagers, partner collateral, etc.).
• Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaign timelines simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking performance and applying insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
