Partner Manager – Strategic Partnerships B2P (m/f/d)

 

The Strategic Partnerships B2P (Business to Partner) team manages a global network of cooperation partners – including international employee benefits platforms, partnerships with credit card schemes and issuers providers, and loyalty programs. Together with our partners, we ensure that customers worldwide find the right SIXT mobility offering – from car rental and ride services to car subscriptions.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You develop international and global partnerships with a clear focus on profitability, growth, and strategic relevance 
• You analyze markets, partner portfolios, and potentials to identify new international business models and cooperation opportunities 
• You lead negotiations, develop joint concepts, and implement global marketing and sales initiatives together with our international partners 
• You manage the performance of your partnerships using clear KPIs, derive data-driven optimization measures, and drive revenue and profit growth 
• You coordinate global initiatives in close alignment with our SIXT country organizations and franchise partners 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, tourism, or a comparable field of study 
• Professional experience You have relevant experience in online marketing, business development, sales, or consulting – ideally in an international context and with a proven contribution to growth or performance 
• Analytical skills You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex KPIs from international markets into sound decisions 
• Mindset You have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong self-motivation, and the ability to confidently manage global stakeholders 
• Technical understanding You have a solid understanding of digital processes and platforms, enabling you to accurately assess partner requirements and implement them efficiently together 
• Communication You have strong communication and negotiation skills in international partnerships, as well as fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
