Dein Impact

Als Partner Manager:in bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Pflege strategischer Partnerschaften in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Du treibst Umsatzwachstum, stärkst die Sichtbarkeit von Trusted Shops im regionalen E-Commerce-Ökosystem und bist zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Partner:innen.

• Partner-Management & Netzwerkaufbau: Pflege bestehender Beziehungen zu Partner:innen (z. B. Agenturen) und Ausbau des Agentur- und Affiliate-Netzwerks in der DACH-Region.

• Umsatzsteigerung & Upselling: Identifizierung von Upselling-Potenzialen und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Maximierung der Partner-Performance und des Umsatzwachstums.

• Affiliate Marketing Optimierung: Weiterentwicklung der Affiliate-Marketing-Strategie durch Datenanalyse, Performance-Monitoring und Integration von Best Practices und aktuellen Branchentrends.

• Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit: Enge Kooperation mit Teams aus Marketing, Sales und Customer Success, um strategische Ausrichtung, Partnererfolg und integrierte Kampagnen sicherzustellen.
