We’re looking for a Partner Integration &
Technical Operations Manager to turn our Embedded Finance partnerships into live, functioning realities. Every integration you manage ensures that our partners can seamlessly leverage YAPEAL’s technology to empower their own customers. Beyond go-live, you take ownership of the technical operations of our partner integrations, supporting incident resolution, driving root-cause analysis, and ensuring stable, scalable production setups.

About The Role::
You’ll take end-to-end accountability for the technical and operational onboarding of our partners and their transition into stable production operations. You act as the primary guide, navigating partners through the complexity of API integration, system configuration, and go-live. Beyond go-live, you ensure that integrations run reliably in production, collaborating closely with Sales, Key Account Management, Support and technical teams to deliver a smooth, high-quality partner experience.

Expect a Day Full of::
• Leading project management efforts together with the partner, ensuring timelines are met and the integration journey is seamless
• Driving the technical integration of YAPEAL’s APIs and handling the configuration of YAPEAL systems to enable specific partner setups
• Managing the implementation of card scheme configurations in coordination with involved vendors and schemes, as well as configuring the YAPEAL white label app in the partner’s branding
• Supporting critical mobile payment certifications and setting up payment configurations for relevant payment rails
• Owning and continuously developing the developer portal, ensuring technical interfaces are explained clearly and documentation remains up to date
• Acting as second-level technical support for Embedded Finance partners, supporting the helpdesk in analyzing incidents, identifying root causes, and coordinating resolutions with internal engineering teams
• Ensuring the operational stability of live partner integrations, supporting post–go-live changes, optimizations, and scaling needs
• Working closely with Embedded Finance Sales and Key Account Management colleagues to align implementation work with commercial expectations

Who We’re Looking For::

• Proven experience in technical implementation, project management, or integration management, ideally within the FinTech or SaaS space
• Strong technical understanding of APIs (REST), mTLS (x509 Certificates), system configurations and mobile app structures
• Experience dealing with payment schemes (Visa/Mastercard) or financial software integration is a strong plus
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa
• A "fixer" mentality, you enjoy analyzing incidents and finding solutions for the helpdesk and partners
• Experience working with production systems, incident handling, or operational support in a technical environment
• Ability to analyze logs, API requests/responses, and error patterns to support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable acting as the technical bridge between partners, helpdesk, sales, and internal engineering teams
• Fluent in English and ideally (Swiss-)German
