About the Role

The Partner Manager owns the performance of Revio’s partner program with a clear mandate to drive partner-sourced revenue. You will recruit, activate, and scale creators, agencies, and educators who can consistently generate qualified demand.

1. Close Revenue-Capable Partners

• Source, qualify, and sign partners with real distribution and sales capability

• Run partner sales conversations and close partnership agreements

• Disqualify low-leverage partners early to protect focus and time

• Optimize for partner quality and revenue potential over volume

2. Time-to-First-Referral (≤14 days)

• Lead activation calls with a clear promotion and execution plan

• Push partners to launch campaigns or client rollouts quickly

• Remove friction to first referral using assets, guidance, and follow-up

• Actively chase stalled partners until a first win is achieved

3. Partner-Sourced MRR Growth

• Own net-new and expansion MRR generated by partners

• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of producing partners

• Re-activate underperforming partners or exit them decisively

• Double down on top performers with focused support and leverage

What You Bring

Required

• 4+ years of experience in partnerships, affiliate programs, customer success, or sales with direct ownership of revenue outcomes.Experience in partnerships, affiliate programs, customer success, or sales

• Demonstrated ability to activate partners fast, consistently getting first referrals live within defined timelines

• Proven closer in partner conversations, able to run structured calls, secure commitments, and enforce execution plans

• Revenue systems owner, enforcing CRM discipline, attribution accuracy, and weekly performance reporting tied directly to partner-sourced revenue outcomes

Preferred

• Experience working with creators, agencies, or B2B SaaS partnerships

• Background in sales, growth, or revenue operations

• Experience building, adopting, or scaling AI-powered tools or workflows

• Comfort educating partners on AI-driven products and use cases

• Experience operating in fast-moving, founder-led environments
