What you will find with us:
We are looking for reinforcement for our rapidly growing Financial Services sector. As a Partner in our Financial Services tribe, you will be at the forefront of providing innovative solutions, play a central role in building and maintaining long-term relationships, and driving transformation in the financial services sector. 

You will work closely with our clients to develop tailored digital transformation strategies and ensure their successful implementation. Additionally, you will lead industry-specific system implementations, acting as the bridge between business and IT. Your responsibilities will extend to the strategic expansion of our customer portfolio in the Financial Services sector. You will identify new business opportunities, establish long-term, trusting relationships, and help our clients successfully navigate their digital transformation. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the development of our service portfolio, which is tailored to the current demands and trends in the industry.

Who you are:
• University degree
• Extensive industry experience (banking and/or insurance) and deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and key challenges for financial institutions
• Passion for digitalization issues and information technology
• At least ten years of professional experience in consulting and/or relevant project experience
• Proven sales track record of 3 to 6 million
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
• In-depth knowledge of common consulting methods and tools, ideally project management (e.g., PMP / Prince 2, SCRUM) and IT management certifications (e.g., ITIL, Cobit)
• Strong leadership skills
• Reliable sales network
• Innovative mindset and willingness to take on responsibility
• Consultant-typical willingness to travel
• Fluent in German and English
