What you will find with us:
We are looking for a dedicated leadership personality for our dynamically growing Energy & Utilities division. As an expert in these areas, you will play a central role in setting up and maintaining new customer accounts. Together with our customers, you will develop customized digital transformation strategies, ensure their successful implementation and generate sustainable impact.

You will also manage industry-specific system implementations and act at the interface between business and IT. Your responsibility extends to the strategic expansion of the customer portfolio in the areas of Energy & Utilities. You will identify new business opportunities, build long-term, trusting relationships and help our customers to successfully master the digital transformation. In addition, you will actively support the further development of our service portfolio, which is tailored to the current requirements and trends in the industry.

Who you are:
In addition to a strong can-do mentality and extensive consulting experience, you own the following qualities and qualifications: • Outstanding university degree
• Extensive experience in the energy and utility industry, energy supply companies or transmission/distribution system operators
• Passion for digitalization issues and information technology
• Technical expertise in areas such as generation, grid infrastructure, infrastructure security, replatforming, replacement of existing systems, change management, AI & data
• At least ten years of professional experience in consulting or corresponding project experience
• Proven sales success in the amount of EUR 1.5-6 million
• Strategic mindset and strong commercial skills
• Strong leadership qualities and innovative spirit
• Resilient sales network and customer relationships
• Willingness to take on responsibility and further develop the division
• High willingness to travel

• Introduction and establishment of management tools and systems
• Process organization
• Project and program management using traditional and agile methods
