Planet Technologies, the Nation’s leading Microsoft services provider to the public sector, is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team as Partner Enablement Program Specialist. In this role, you will be supporting impactful projects that make a difference for our country.
The Partner Programs & Enablement Manager is responsible for ongoing maintenance of Planet’s operational presence within the Microsoft Partner Program and Microsoft Partner Center with, focused on accuracy, partner program compliance, incentives alignment, and solution‑play enablement.
Responsibility:
The Partner Programs & Enablement Manager is responsible for ongoing maintenance of Planet’s operational presence within the Microsoft Partner Program and Microsoft Partner Center with, focused on accuracy, partner program compliance, incentives alignment, and solution‑play enablement. They will ensure that Planet’s Partner Center profile, designations, specializations, certifications, solution areas, and incentive alignment are accurate, current, and coordinated across internal teams, so Microsoft sellers and partner programs see Planet correctly.
Ensure MSFT Partner Center accuracy
Microsoft Partner Center Ownership (Critical Requirement)Own day‑to‑day entry, maintenance, and accuracy of Planet’s presence in Microsoft Partner Center
Manage and update:
•
Company profile and partner metadata
•
Solution areas, workloads, and services
•
Certifications, Solution Partner designations, and Specializations
•
Proactively identify and correct stale or inaccurate data; Expired certifications
Compliance & Readiness responsibilities including working with leadership to ensure operational readiness for Microsoft partner programs, including:
•
Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program
•
Solution Partner designations
•
Specializations, renewals, and audits
•
Tracking deadlines and requirements to ensure eligibility is maintained, benefits are not missed, audits and renewals are completed on time
•
Coordinate required inputs across delivery teams (certifications, skills, capacity), HR (staffing and role alignment), sales and marketing (capabilities and positioning)
•
Assist with in updating internal documentation
Maintain working knowledge of Microsoft FY25 and/or FY26 Incentive Programs, including eligibility requirements, alignment to solution areas and workloads, partner posture dependencies
Maintain working knowledge of Microsoft Solution Plays, including how solution opportunities plays map to Partner Center solution areas; incentives and benefits align to specific plays
Ensure Planet’s Partner Center posture affects eligibility and visibility including Partner Center representation, Partner Program readiness, internal enablement is aligned to current Microsoft incentive and solutions‑play motions
Work with leadership to align Planet Service Offerings with existing Incentive Programs
Ensure internal enablement materials reflect updated Partner Center Microsoft benefits and eligibility.
Assist with Planet GTM Strategies with active opportunities as well as any remediation needed
Qualifications:
•
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Partner Center
•
Experience managing partner profiles, designations and specializations, certifications and eligibility data
•
Working knowledge of Microsoft FY25 or FY26 Incentive Programs
•
Working knowledge of Microsoft Solution Plays and how they map to Partner Center
•
Experience working at a Microsoft partner, ISV, or systems integrator
•
Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
•
Ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams
•
3+ years of experience working directly with Incentive programs or partner enablement roles (Microsoft preferred)
•
Self-Starter

Salaries for a Partner Enablement Program Specialist at Planet Technologies range from $80,000 and $100,000. Several factors will impact final pay offered to a successful candidate including but not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, clearance level, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, training, etc.
