The Opportunity
As the Partner Enablement Event Coordinator, you will be the organizational backbone of our partner training and engagement initiatives globally. You will be responsible for the seamless planning, execution, and follow-up of a wide range of events, including technical workshops, partner days, and webinars. Your work will be critical in helping our partners build their skills, grow their business, and deliver excellence to our mutual customers. This is a hands-on role for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating exceptional event experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
• End-to-End Event Management: Plan and execute all logistical aspects of virtual, in- person, and hybrid partner enablement events, from initial concept to post-event analysis.
• Logistics & Coordination: Manage event budgets, source and negotiate with vendors/venues, oversee virtual event platform setup (Zoom, Teams, etc.), and coordinate all event-related materials.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Partner Success Managers, Alliances, Marketing, and technical experts to define event objectives, secure content, and line up speakers.
• Communication: Develop and manage the event communication plan, including crafting invitations, sending reminders, and managing registration lists to drive attendance.
• On-Site & Virtual Execution: Act as the primary point of contact during events to ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging experience for all attendees.
• Performance & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), gather attendee feedback through surveys, and prepare post-event reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Calendar Management: Maintain a central calendar of all partner enablement events in the region, ensuring there are no conflicts and that stakeholders are informed.
More About You
• 5+ years of experience in event coordination or event management, preferably within a B2B technology or SaaS company.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinars, Microsoft Teams) and marketing/email automation tools.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• A proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to solve problems on the fly.
• Collaborative and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
• Experience working with a channel or partner ecosystem is a significant plus.
• Ability to travel occasionally for key in-person events.
This is a hybrid role based in Mumbai, India. Office is located in BKC, Mumbai. Occasional global travel required to for in-person events.
