As a Senior Business Development Manager – Fleet Solutions, you will play a crucial role in expanding our digital road services business, particularly in the growing market for truck parking and charging infrastructure. Your expertise and commitment will directly contribute to strengthening our position as a leading provider of innovative mobility services.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by developing the demand side of our digital road services, focusing on strategic partnerships and international fleets.
• Establish and expand strategic collaborations with OEMs, telematics platforms, and other mobility partners across Europe.
• Integrate our Truck Parking and Charging services into existing fleet management and digital mobility platforms.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop scalable go-to-market strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate internationally with product management and technical teams to position customer-centric solutions.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with international fleets, platform partners, and stakeholders on all levels.

 

Experience:

• Several years of professional experience in business development, building strategic partnerships, or B2B sales.
• Experience in logistics, mobility, platform business, telematics, or digital services is a plus.
• Proven experience in establishing strategic collaborations and managing complex commercial partnerships.

Languages:

• Business fluent English.
• Additional European language skilly (especially CEE are a plus) 

Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Hands-on mentality and high level of initiative.

Personal Characteristics:

• Passion for digital business models and the transformation of the logistics industry.
• Motivation to actively build and scale new business areas.
