SECONDMENT DETAILS:
Reports to: Regional CEO, SAMEA — Patrick Morton
No. of direct reports: 0
Function: Programs & Growth (SAMEA)
Time commitment: ~8-12 hours/week
Duration: Early March – end of May 2026
Location: Remote
SECONDMENT OBJECTIVES:
The secondee will support the SAMEA region in driving execution of priority initiatives during Q1–Q2 2026. They will spearhead efforts to strengthen partner delivery quality by supporting implementation of partner onboarding, coordination, cohort‑launch systems, and overall readiness across the region. Key initiatives include Training Service Provider (TSP) Batch Launch Readiness (BLR) workflow setup, Generation Skills Practitioner (GSP) implementation support, TSP Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) refinement, Coalition Partner Management support, and development of a State Partnership Launch Playbook. This role will ensure structured milestone delivery, strengthen documentation and SOPs, improve cross‑country alignment, and enhance readiness for scale.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Batch Launch Readiness (BLR) Workflow Standardization
Coordinate with Global digital team, Ghana and Kenya country teams on BLR workflow development, implementation and monitoring
Oversee implementation and evaluate impact of tool, supporting modifications as needed
Generation Skills Practitioner (GSP) Module Implementation
Support design, implementation and monitoring of GSP in Ghana and Colombia
Support modular implementation in other countries as requested
Training Service Provider (TSP) Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Development & Quality
Support Ghana in finalizing SOP development for TSPs
Support Kenya draft a TSP engagement strategy (if needed)
Coalition Partner Support
Support Ghana team design a coalition partner management framework and tracker; focusing on drafting leading indicators, communicating those regularly with partners for outcomes management
Support with implementation and monitoring
State Launch Playbook (India)
Support India team draft and finalize a state launch playbook efficient launch workflows
Measure impact by identifying baseline and impact post implementation
KEY METRICS:
Completion of milestones listed above, including:
BLR, GSP and coalition partner management framework implementation in Ghana
Quality and adoption of SOPs and playbooks delivered
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
SAMEA regional team: Report to SAMEA Region CEO, work with SAMEA Special Projects Fellow
Country teams: Collaborate with Operations and C&I teams across India, Ghana, Kenya, and Colombia
LATAM regional team: Collaborate with LATAM Region COO and Regional Programs & Growth Director on GSP implementation in Colombia
ATTRIBUTES:
Required: Strong stakeholder and project management, documentation, team management and communication
Preferred: Experience with SAMEA operations, GSP/TSP models
