Reporting of the role

This role reports to the: Head – Content+

• Working with brands across categories, ranging from traditional ones to more digitally evolved brands.

• Work with best in business media partners & teams with an objective of storytelling and revenue generation. Across clients, mediums and across genre of content: TV,

• Digital, Social, Influencers, OTT, Movies, Pop Culture and Sports.

• Attain strong understanding of cross channel media strategy by working on diversified category & teams

In this role, your goals will be:

In three months:

• Fully immerse in Fulcrum's operational processes.

• Establish foundational relationships across internal teams and external partners.

• Formulate a detailed 6-month strategic plan.

In six months:

• Evaluate the overall health and performance of the project portfolio, identifying successful completions, ongoing initiatives, and rejected proposals.

• Implement targeted improvements or adjustments.

• Complete the mid-year performance evaluation for all team members and share feedback.

In 12 months:

• Produce a significant and impactful body of work that directly contributes to and fulfills all key success criteria for both clients and the agency, while also meeting personal and team performance indicators.

• Complete the annual performance evaluation for all team members, share performance feedback, and identify training needs for team members

What your day job looks like at WPPMedia:

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for the development and execution of content campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and entertainment platforms.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including media organizations, content creators, platforms, and production companies.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of content and creative strategists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of content strategy into broader marketing and communication initiatives.

• Develop and implement measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of content campaigns and optimize performance.

• Translate brand objectives into actionable content strategies that drive measurable business results.

Minimum qualifications:

• 12-15 years of experience in content strategy, creative strategy, branded content development, or pop culture marketing.

• Demonstrated experience developing and executing branded intellectual property, influencer collaborations, and large-scale content campaigns.

• Exceptional ideation, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think strategically, and execute with precision.

• Experience working with creative agencies, digital platforms, pop culture media outlets, youth-focused brands, or beauty/personal care companies is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
