ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Partner Acquisition Specialist with a strong hunter mindset, driven to actively identify, approach, and onboard new suppliers and commercial partners in a fast-paced, international environment.
This role is highly outbound-oriented and focuses on opening new markets, discovering untapped opportunities, and building profitable partnerships from scratch. You will combine commercial instinct, market research, and negotiation skills to continuously expand our partner ecosystem.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Partner Hunting & Market Expansion
Actively identify, research, and approach new suppliers and commercial partners, especially in uncharted or emerging markets
Own the end-to-end partner acquisition process, from first contact to onboarding
Continuously scout the market to uncover new, competitive, and scalable partnership opportunities
Build and grow a robust pipeline of potential partners through outbound initiatives
Supplier & Partner Management
Negotiate commercial and contractual terms to secure profitable, long-term partnerships
Build, maintain, and expand the supplier and partner database
Evaluate partner performance and commercial viability post-onboarding
Procurement & Commercial Operations
Prepare and process purchasing and procurement transactions
Ensure procurement workflows comply with internal procedures while maintaining speed and efficiency
Support the full purchasing cycle with a strong commercial mindset
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Build trust-based relationships with newly acquired partners and internal stakeholders
Act as a key commercial point of contact between suppliers, clients, and internal teams (sales, finance, support)
Ensure a seamless and professional partner onboarding experience
Analysis & Reporting
Analyze supplier and partner performance to optimize commercial outcomes
Monitor market trends, pricing evolution, and new revenue opportunities
Deliver regular reports on sourcing performance, costs, revenues, and partner acquisition progress
Team & Process Contribution
Actively contribute to improving sourcing, partner acquisition, and procurement processes
Share market insights and partner intelligence with the wider team
Take ownership of targets and deliverables with a strong execution mindset
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Must-have
Bachelor’s degree ideally in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
Interest in IT, telecom, or technology markets
Communication and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Good proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Nice to have
Previous experience in procurement, sales support, or supply chain
Basic understanding of procurement processes or vendor lifecycle management
Familiarity with IT or network infrastructure markets
